Lily is a Principal Counselling Psychologist specialising in ADHD and autism, and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). She joined Focused in 2025 as an ADHD assessor.
Lily has extensive therapeutic experience in complex mental health difficulties, including personality disorder and psychosis, and helping patients recover from trauma.
