Join our team
We’re always on the lookout for talented clinicians to join our team.
Here’s some info on what our clinicians do, what we offer, and how to apply.

Let’s make ADHD care simpler.
Long NHS referral times, high private assessment fees – for years, people who need an assessment for ADHD have been forced to either wait, or pay exorbitant private prices.
We’re here to change that.
We believe that getting a qualified diagnosis for ADHD should be quick and affordable.
At Focused, patients can video consult with an ADHD clinician within 1-2 days, for a price that won’t break the bank
And we’re proud to be one of the few clinics that offers end-to-end treatment for ADHD, from diagnosis, to through to titration, maintenance, and aftercare. Patients who sign up to a treatment plan with Focused can get their medication delivered regularly to their door, without the need for in-person GP appointments or trips to the pharmacy.
Who are we looking for?
Doctors, pharmacist prescribers, nurse practitioners – our current team is a diverse mix of clinicians with varied experience in both NHS and private settings.
As a Focused clinician, you’ll ideally have:
a specialist interest in ADHD and mental health
experience conducting assessments
a prescribing qualification with a controlled drug pin
Because we’re all online, you’ll be comfortable dealing with patients remotely, through both video assessments and private messaging.
But most of all, you’ll want to change the landscape of ADHD like we do, by making ADHD support much more accessible than it has been.

What can we offer you?
In addition to the benefits you’d expect:
a competitive rate of pay based on experience;
flexible working hours;
hybrid and remote working;
company events and team-building days
We also offer a unique opportunity to develop your practice in an online setting.
If you’ve delivered care remotely to patients before or not, you’ll be joining an experienced team with the lived technical experience and knowledge of providing treatment online, that’s both safe and effective.
Every member of our clinical team has a voice. You’ll be invited to participate in regular clinical meetings, and have your say on how we can improve our processes.
And we’ll support you with training to help you ensure you’re delivering the best care possible to patients.
